Hazy IPA with Key Limes and Milk Sugar. Hopped with Cashmere and Lemondrop. 6.4% ABV

This reimagined take on an old favorite was brewed with a base of pale malt and flaked oats, then dry hopped extensively with citrus bomb Cashmere and Lemondrop hops, before fermenting atop heaps of key lime purée. This version has a restrained bitterness compared to the first iterations and an amplified lemon lime character. A reminder of sunny beach days on our first snow of the year, memories of margaritas in Sedona, and probably the holidays in Florida (key lime pie).
