Returning for year three, this version utilizes freshly picked dandelion flowers from the grounds around the brewery, which were then aged in a single wine barrel with our solera style, foudre fermented, mixed culture saison. A quick contact on the flower, followed by a swift bottling captures the beer's unique floral character ever so beautifully. Dandelion displays notes of sun warmed earth, dandelion milk sap, and a leafy green bitterness.
