Double IPA with Cashmere, El Dorado, Amarillo, and Eureka - 8.1% ABV

Brewed with flaked oats and a touch of wheat, hopped in the boil with Cashmere, Amarillo, and Eureka, then dry hopped with El Dorado and more Amarillo and Eureka. This one is a careful interplay of semi-classic west coast hop characteristics with a new age look and feel. Hazed out and soft with initial notes of tropical coconut and white peach which quickly cuts to a finish on the dry side - providing a west coast tangerine, citrus peel, and slight pine sap attribute.
